They put their stand in our hands

Which kind of stand suits you?

The price gap between them is wide, and the dearest is not always the one that pays off best. It comes down to how many shows you do a year.

Prefabricated modular stand at Efintec
Best value

Prefabricated modular

Reusable structures that slot together. Quick to build and kind on the budget. Customisation is limited to what the system allows.

Hybrid stand at Mobile World Congress
The middle ground

Hybrid

Modular systems combined with bespoke joinery. Still reusable, with far more freedom than pure modular.

Fully bespoke stand at Mobile World Congress
Maximum impact

Fully bespoke

Built from scratch, with no limits on shape, material or finish. Our own joinery, with lighting and technology built in. More investment, and not always reusable.

Not sure which of the three
suits you?

It depends on the area, the budget, where you are on the floor plan and a few things more. Tell us your case and we'll look at it with you.

  • You tell us about the projectThe area you've booked, the show, the dates and what you'd like to happen there. If you're not clear yet, we'll guide you so the whole thing goes well.
  • One person to talk toAn account manager stays with your project to the end. They check your measurements, your brand guidelines and what the venue requires, and flag anything that doesn't add up before we start designing.
  • We put a proposal togetherThe design team works to your show and to the space you've been given. You get it with the budget and what's included, in writing. No cost and no commitment: if it doesn't convince you, we change whatever you need.
  • If we go ahead
  • We build it and we install itIt's built in our own workshops and installed by our own crew. The same people who ran the project are there on build-up day.
  • We handle the paperworkPermits, technical drawings and dealings with the venue. It's the heaviest part and the one that causes the most scares, so we take it off your hands.
  • And we clear up afterwardsWhen the show ends, you're done. We dismantle and take everything away, keeping whatever can be reused.

What people ask us before deciding

How much does a stand cost?

Mostly on the area, the number of closed walls and the kind of stand: modular, hybrid or bespoke. That is what the calculator above is for. With those figures we put together a personalised quote, free and with no commitment.

What kinds of stands do you build?

Modular, bespoke and a combination of the two. We work to what you need, so the space reflects your brand and gets the most out of the show for you.

What does the installation service include?

Transport of the stand to the venue, installation and assembly to the approved design, testing of lighting, screens and everything else, and dismantling and removal once the event is over.

Do you deal with the venue paperwork?

Yes, all of it, so you do not have to worry about a thing: coordinating with the organisers, handling permits and meeting the venue regulations. We will also advise you on ordering services such as power and internet.

Can it be done sustainably?

It is how we work. Reusable materials, modular design and careful use of resources to cut waste and emissions, with tools to measure the real impact of the event afterwards. Backed by ISO 9001 and 14001, the Ministry carbon footprint seal and Eventsost certification.

Where do you install?

We have our own facilities in Barcelona, Madrid and Zaragoza — 25,000 m² with joinery and workshops — and we are approved suppliers for Fira de Barcelona, IFEMA and Feria de Zaragoza. Installation is done by our own staff, not subcontracted.

Shall we talk about your next show?

Tell us about the project and we will put together a proposal built around your show and your space. A person from the team replies, free and with no commitment.
