In addition to the stand areas, reception and toilets, common areas are considered to be the sections that offer basic services to visitors to exhibitions at exhibition centres. They are organised around the space reserved for stands and should be easy to find, as sooner or later you will pass through one of them during your visit to the exhibition. They may be different depending on the size of the exhibition site, but in general, there is always a place for them at exhibitions:
– The theatres or stages to hold professional talks and debates.
– The VIP area for those who speak at the professional conferences and debates in the Theatre. They have a private space to prepare their speeches, having some rest or hydrating themselves.
– The catering area for breakfast, coffee or hydration.
– The press area, perhaps the one you should visit first when setting up your stand, specially if you are interested in holding a press conference during the exhibition.
SERVIS also takes care of setting up the common areas at the exhibition venues .
