Knowing what types of trade fair stands there are is important when a firm is preparing to take part in an event and is aiming to meet a series of branding and communication objectives. The usual choice is between portable, modular and free-design stands.
The former are much simpler and cheaper, as they consist of nothing more than a graphic stand that is easy to transport and set up. It may be a banner or an umbrella type pop-up display. Modular stands have a standardised square or rectangular shape all over the venue, and are better equipped. They usually offer very good value for money, but they do not provide much room for manoeuvre when it comes to standing out from the competition. However, free-design stands, also known as custom stands, provide the opportunity for different environments and work areas, and to use different materials. They cost more, but the more original a space is, the more it will attract visitors’ attention.
Servis has carved out a niche building modular trade fair stands in its history dating back almost 50 years. It currently offers a 360º service focused on creating spaces for all kinds of events, which it provides to its clients who are organisers, designers and assemblers able to meet very exacting standards.
