Design and assembly of Meeting Rooms and Conference Rooms for UN COP25 Madrid 2019.
In coordination with Ifema, we were responsible for the construction of 13,000 m2 distributed between the two Plenary rooms for the United Nations Climate Convention, and fifteen private meeting rooms with sizes between 100 and 1,000 m2.
We have also assembled more than 1,800 custom-made tables, installed more than 4,000 sockets and more than 2,000 m2 of graphic elements.
With a total of 190 people working on this installation challenge in less than 30 days.
