What images can I take at the exhibition if I am an exhibitor?

If your company has its own stand at the exhibition as an exhibitor, you can take as many images of the stand as you want. If there are people inside, you have to ask them befor recording anything. The owners of the exhibition grounds can take pictures and make reports about the exhibition, and all the exhibiting companies appear in them, of course. You can claim your rights under the Data Protection Act with regard to any images of you or your company during the exhibition.

If you need images or recordings of the exhibition that are not only of your stand, please contact the organizers, and inform them in advance if you are going to be taking images or recordings beyond the exhibition areas for your company.
