How far in advance should I book booth setup services?

Ideally, you should start the project at least two to three months before the trade show. This allows for proper planning, custom design, and smooth production without last-minute surprises.

 
 
 

Which trade shows do you work at? Do you set up booths outside of Spain?

We mainly work at the major exhibition centers in Barcelona, Madrid, and Zaragoza. Occasionally, we also handle setups in other parts of Spain and abroad, as long as the project requires it and we can ensure our quality standards.

 
 
 


What materials do you use to build the booths?

We use recyclable, low-impact materials—like FSC-certified wood—to help reduce environmental footprint. We also work with modular systems that allow for more efficient, reusable, and eco-friendly booth setups.
