Our story begins on February 28, 1965, in a small 500 m² space on Casanova Street 75, in Barcelona. Servis was born offering simple but essential services: renting chairs, tables, dinnerware, glassware, and kitchenware for all kinds of events.

We started out on February 28, 1965, renting chairs, tables, and tableware from a small shop in Barcelona.
As events and trade shows expanded across the country, so did we.
Since then, we’ve been part of the evolution of the trade show industry in Spain — bringing fresh ideas, smart systems, and a way of working that’s grounded in commitment, innovation, and attention to every detail.
Our story begins on February 28, 1965, in a small 500 m² space on Casanova Street 75, in Barcelona. Servis was born offering simple but essential services: renting chairs, tables, dinnerware, glassware, and kitchenware for all kinds of events.
Driven by the growing demand for efficiency at trade shows, we developed Spain’s first modular system. We introduced steel structures and adapted the aluminum profile and “banda 20” system, marking the beginning of a new era in reusable stand design.
A few years later, we were invited to collaborate on a brand-new event: the first edition of Alimentaria — where aluminum foil was showcased for the very first time.
In the years that followed, we kept growing — taking on projects we still look back on fondly, like the SEAT stands or the one for the European Community. In 1993, IFEMA chose us to install modular stands using the new Polygon system, marking another key milestone in our journey through the industry.
Throughout the 2000s, we gained experience with increasingly ambitious projects.
By 2010, at Mobile World Congress, we were already building large-scale stands — like Nokia’s impressive double-decker setup, packed with cutting-edge technology for its time.
And today, we continue to take on major challenges — including being chosen to build for high-profile international events like the NATO summit in 2022.
More than 60 years in, we’ve evolved, adapted and grown, but our core values have never changed.
