The materials that are generally used for the manufacturing of exhibition stands are light and easy to handle to facilitate assembly, but at the same time resistant to both indoor and outdoor environmental conditions, and able to support advertising holders and lights inside the stand.
· Wood is the traditional construction material, and the most universal.
· Aluminium is recommended for stands of great height, and is usually combined with PVC (plastic).
· Glass is not usually the most widely used material for building an exhibition stand, as it is not easy to handle, but it is used to replace walls and ensure a transparent stand with windows that allow the distribution of areas inside the stand to be seen.
There are also paper, cardboard and textile elements inside the stand.
The proof that exhibition stands do not necessarily have to be mainly made of wood, are stands made of aluminium frames and textile walls.
