Design, conceptualisation, Project Management, Production, set-up and Disassembly of all the Plenary Rooms, including their Audiovisuals, the modular exhibition, Estro booth and the rooms of Ifema’s North Convention Centre.
The first international medical congress was held at Ifema at the end of August 2021, making it the first international medical congress to be held 100% in face-to-face mode, which could also be followed in streaming through its virtual platform.
Four conference rooms with double SELLA 500 gr curtains at a height of 8 metres, achieving optimum soundproofing between the rooms. Entrance porticoes in “Máxima” aluminium structure with white lacquered double doors that perfectly complement the SELLA 500 curtains.
Inside, our white Shell chair provides comfort to the attendees, being an easily stackable and transportable element, and therefore, very efficient for this type of assembly.
On the stage, our white lacquered presidential table offers comfort to the speakers while facilitating their work on stage and gives us an image of robustness and quality.
On the technical side, we manage the lighting, sound and projection set-up with our partner PRG.
