In coordination with our colleagues from Fira Barcelona and GSMA, we were in charge of the conceptualisation, design, production and Project Management of the VIP space that GSMA reserves for some of its guests and preferred exhibitors.
An exclusive area where quality is breathed on all four sides. A place to take refuge from the activity and pace of the congress, take a break and catch your breath to continue with the day.
The aim of this edition was to distribute the space in such a way that all the guests were located safely and respecting all the Covid-19 regulations in a sustainable environment connected with nature.
Our creative team conceptualised a large catering space with large octagonal tables where we easily avoided frontal contact between attendees while eating. A large curtain wall illuminated with LED’s divided the space in a relaxed way and brought calm to the Networking area, which gathered different environments and spaces where visitors could connect their devices or have small quick meetings.
The main structural element was our “Maxima” aluminium system, which has a very long life cycle and is one of the most sustainable materials.
