Servis oversaw the comprehensive management of the event project, covering the creative concept, design, and technical planning, as well as floorplan management to organize access, traffic flow, and functional use of each area. The project integrated technology, AV, sound, and lighting systems, along with interpreter booths and the Dicentis voting system. Event branding and graphic coordination were also managed. In addition, Servis handled coordination with the venue, production, logistics, setup, and dismantling.

In the session room area, a perimeter table was installed with individual conference microphones, floor monitors displaying the event’s official identity, and national flags in the background. Lighting and audio were arranged to create a stable, orderly environment in line with the institutional character captured in official photographs.

The lounge area featured sofas, armchairs, low tables, indoor plants, and wall panels with the event’s branding, creating a comfortable space for waiting and conversation that matched the event’s institutional image.

A press briefing room was set up, along with meeting rooms for delegations, equipped with tables, seating, and an official backdrop, designed for brief meetings and press appearances. The scope also included bar areas and registration and security areas, all defined in the master plan and coordinated with the venue for smooth operation.

On the technical side, the project integrated AV, sound, lighting, interpreter booths, and the Dicentis voting system into the furniture and overall room layout, ensuring consistent branding and signage throughout all spaces. Coordination with the venue and logistics teams ensured the delivery and installation of all components, and the setup and dismantling were carried out according to the planned schedule
