February 2–5 at Fira de Barcelona, Gran Via
Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) is the leading European meeting point— and one of the most influential events worldwide— for the professional audiovisual and systems integration industry. It brings together AV, unified communications, digital signage, smart building technologies, control rooms, lighting and staging, broadcast AV, edtech, and much more.
If your brand offers technology, services, or solutions used in real-world projects, installations, or corporate environments, ISE is far more than just another trade show. It’s where industry professionals compare solutions, make purchasing decisions, and open the door to new business opportunities.
In this guide, you’ll find the key information you need to plan your participation at ISE 2027 as an exhibitor: dates and venue, who attends, how the exhibiting process works, important deadlines to keep in mind, logistics in Barcelona, and practical tips to make sure your stand truly performs. You’ll also find official links so you can go straight to the source and prepare your participation with confidence.
ISE (Integrated Systems Europe) is a professional trade show focused on audiovisual technology and systems integration. It’s not a consumer event. Its main audience includes manufacturers, systems integrators, consultants, distributors, corporate buyers, and technical decision-makers across industries such as education, corporate environments, retail, hospitality, healthcare, transportation, entertainment, and live events.
ISE’s scale in Barcelona has grown significantly in recent years. For example, the 2026 edition reported record attendance and exhibition space. Media coverage referenced more than 92,000 visitors, a significant increase in exhibition floor space, and a very large number of exhibitors. This steady growth explains why ISE 2027 is already a key date for the industry.
Dates (confirmed by official sources): February 2–5, 2027
City: Barcelona (L’Hospitalet de Llobregat)
Venue: Fira de Barcelona – Gran Via (Av. Joan Carles I, 64, 08908)
ISE traditionally takes place at the beginning of February and runs for four days. When planning travel, stand construction, and commercial meetings, it’s important to work with this timeframe early on.
ISE brings together major global manufacturers, brands with strong channel presence, and specialized companies aiming to position themselves in specific niches such as audio, displays, unified communications, control systems, or digital signage.
The visitor profiles most valuable to exhibitors typically include:
Systems integrators (end-to-end projects, tenders, multi-site deployments)
Consultants and specifiers (those who define technical specifications or recommend technologies)
IT/AV managers and procurement leaders from sectors such as corporate, education, retail, transportation, healthcare, and entertainment
Distributors and wholesalers, especially when new product launches or portfolio expansions are involved
Technology partners (software, control systems, networking, AV cybersecurity, analytics, etc.)
ISE is more than just an exhibition floor. The event also features content sessions, demonstrations, and immersive experiences. The show’s structure—technology zones, summits, and guided tours—encourages visitors to actively compare solutions rather than simply browse. This directly impacts how a stand should be designed: clear messaging, well-planned demonstrations, and a prepared commercial team.
If you’re considering exhibiting at ISE 2027, one of the first steps is deciding which category and narrative you want to prioritize. ISE organizes the show around technology zones and themes—audio, broadcast, digital signage, smart building, unified communications and collaboration, among others—which influences:
the type of traffic your stand attracts
the questions visitors are likely to ask
the partners you may benefit from being located near
which demos work best—and which ones don’t
If your solution fits into several categories, the best approach is to choose a core message and build around it. Visitors usually understand one main idea within seconds; if that message resonates, they’ll naturally explore the rest.
It sounds obvious, but this is where you either make money—or waste it. Decide what matters most for you at ISE 2027:
Generating qualified leads.
Meeting with existing customers (retention and upsell).
Product launch / live demo.
Finding partners (systems integrators or distribution).
Brand positioning (making noise and being “on the map”).
Those goals will drive your decisions: stand size, location, whether you need a meeting area, the strength of your demo, staffing, your schedule, and your communications plan.
ISE offers different participation options and stand formats, plus sponsorship and visibility opportunities beyond the stand itself (see the “Exhibit with us” section).
Practical tip: if it’s your first time exhibiting, prioritize a space that supports demos and real conversations. A “pretty” stand that doesn’t make it easy to talk, sit down, or explain a complex solution often underperforms compared to a simpler, well-planned setup.
The first real milestone is signing and securing your space. From there, you’ll get access to exhibitor tools and support resources (portals, documentation, etc.). ISE also provides an exhibitor support ecosystem along with planning tools and floor plan resources.
At ISE, your stand has to do four things at once:
Stop visitors (they should get what you do in about three seconds).
Explain (a clear demo, a simple storyline, and claims you can back up).
Convert (lead capture and a meeting schedule).
Be remembered (brand, message, and follow-up).
This is where it pays to work with a partner who understands tech trade shows and the build-up pace at Gran Via. At Servis, our approach is simple: start with the visitor journey and the demo—then build the stand architecture around that.
If you’d like, you can request a stand proposal for ISE 2027 and we’ll come back with a concept that includes layout, technical requirements, and a realistic build plan.
Fira Gran Via has technical and safety rules you must follow. Fira publishes general participation regulations and technical regulations (including Gran Via) that you should review from day one—especially if your stand includes structures, rigging, large screens, high-volume audio, suspended elements, or machinery.
Servis tip: don’t leave compliance until the last minute. Most trade show “surprises” happen when a design element doesn’t meet height limits, load requirements, material rules, or safety conditions—and then you’re forced into a last-minute redesign.
ISE takes place at a venue with great connections to both the metro and the airport. The organizers publish official information on access routes, transportation, and the venue location.
On a city level, Fira Gran Via is one of Barcelona’s key convention and exhibition hubs.
From February 2 to 5, 2027, at Fira Barcelona Gran Via.
At Fira de Barcelona – Gran Via (L’Hospitalet), with metro connections and direct access from the airport, according to the location and transportation information published by ISE.
On the official ISE 2027 floor plan (MapYourShow platform).
If you want a good location, enough time for production, and a solid demo, the smart move is to start planning several months in advance and avoid leaving critical decisions—such as technical setup, structure, or audiovisuals—until the last minute. In AV trade shows, technical coordination is often the factor that has the biggest impact on the timeline.
