Motortec 2027, the essential automotive aftermarket event

From 7 to 10 April 2027, IFEMA Madrid will once again bring together the entire aftermarket value chain. If you work in parts, repair, diagnostics, tyres, commercial vehicles or digital workshop solutions, Motortec is the place to present innovations, enter new markets and connect with professionals who make purchasing decisions.

What is Motortec?

Motortec is the International Automotive Industry and Aftermarket Trade Fair, organised by IFEMA Madrid and established as the leading professional event for the sector in Southern Europe.

The latest edition, held in 2025, reached an all-time record with 65,514 professionals from 80 countries and 710 exhibiting companies. Attendees included 34,067 workshop professionals and 7,213 students. The programme also featured more than 250 activities, including conferences, round tables and competitions, involving 5,406 participants; the organiser did not publish a consolidated speaker total.

For 2027, Motortec expects to occupy more than 100,000 m² across six halls and strengthen its content on digitalisation, sustainability, electrification, talent, commercial vehicles and workshop innovation.

What exhibitors can you find at Motortec?

Motortec brings together manufacturers, distributors, workshop networks, purchasing groups and technology providers from across the aftermarket. Its main sectors include:

Parts and components: parts, systems and solutions for passenger and commercial vehicles.
Repair, maintenance and diagnostics: machinery, tools, software and equipment to improve workshop productivity.
Tyres, lubricants and chemicals: innovations focused on performance, safety and sustainability.
Digitalisation and new mobility: workshop management, data, connectivity, ADAS and electric vehicle solutions.
Washing, service stations and accessories: equipment, customisation and services for fleets and professional users.

The 2027 edition expects to bring together 725 companies and expand its international reach, with the exhibition spread across halls 3, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 10 at IFEMA Madrid.

If you want to exhibit at Motortec 2027, it is worth starting your application early: sales are already open and the organiser reached 46% occupancy in the first two weeks.

Review the documentation: check the exhibitor guide, specific regulations, general rules and sustainable participation guide published by IFEMA.
Request space: complete the official form so the sales team can advise you on area, location and participation format.
Plan services and deadlines: manage passes, utilities, communications and technical services through Zona Expo. The published guide includes 15 January 2027 for submitting press materials and 3 February for completing the space rental payment.
Design a stand around clear objectives: define demonstrations, meetings and visitor journeys before finalising layout, audiovisual equipment and storage.
