CSG – MWC 2024 Design Production Setup and dismantling CSG Booth for MWC 2024 For this project with CSG, we designed a modern and functional booth that combines shades of purple, grey, and light wood, achieving a balance between technology and approachability. A suspended sign featuring their logo and the slogan “DIGITAL EVOLUTION is more than automation” stands out, alongside a service counter with interactive screens and product demonstration zones. We added natural touches like plants to create a welcoming atmosphere, dividing the space into areas that facilitate visitor interaction while allowing for more private conversations. VIP LOUNGE – MOBILE WORLD CONGRESS Design Production Project Management Setup and dismantling CSG Booth for MWC 2024 In coordination with our partners at Fira Barcelona and GSMA, we were responsible for the conceptualization, design, production, and project management of the VIP area that GSMA reserves for some of its top guests and exhibitors. This exclusive zone exudes quality in every corner—a place to retreat from the hustle and bustle of the conference, take a break, and recharge before continuing the day. The goal for this edition was to design the space so that all guests could be seated safely, complying with all Covid-19 regulations in a sustainable environment connected with nature. Our creative team conceptualized a spacious catering area with large octagonal tables, allowing guests to avoid direct face-to-face contact while eating. A large curtain wall illuminated with LED lights elegantly divided the space, adding a sense of calm to the networking area. This section offered various settings and spaces where visitors could charge their devices or have quick, informal meetings. The main structural element was our “Máxima” aluminum system, known for its long lifecycle, making it one of the most sustainable materials available. Building upon this core resource, we developed a minimalist design concept that conveyed tranquility and relaxation. Plywood elements, floral decorations, and curtains added warmth to the space, while the lighting created intimate areas that tied the whole concept together. See more projects

COVID-19 HOSPITALS Setup and dismantling Setup and teardown of COVID-19 hospitals While our primary focus is usually on conceptualizing and producing events, trade shows, and conferences across major Spanish and European cities, during a critical period, we shifted our efforts to address an urgent societal need. Leveraging our expertise, we built some of the largest field hospitals across Spain. These rapid-response temporary infrastructures were designed to ease the immense pressure on the healthcare system. From standard solutions, we tailored each project to specific requirements thanks to the creativity and efficiency of our production and workshop teams. COP 25
COP 25 Design Setup and dismantling Design and setup of plenary halls and meeting rooms for COP25 Madrid In coordination with Ifema, we managed the construction of 13,000 m² distributed between the two plenary halls for the United Nations Climate Convention and fifteen private meeting rooms ranging from 100 to 1,000 m². Additionally, we assembled over 1,800 custom-made tables, installed more than 4,000 power outlets, and over 2,000 m² of graphic elements. A total of 190 people were dedicated to this installation challenge in less than 30 days. See more projects
ESMO CONGRESS
ESMO 2019 Design Production Setup and dismantling European Society for Medical Oncology Congress in Barcelona A total of 15,000 m² of melamine was used by Servis for the design and production of over 50 meeting rooms, each with a height of 3.6 meters. Additionally, we manufactured 110 single doors and 60 double lacquered doors. See more projects
